Our new Northeast Mod two-piece driveshaft allows for a full 2" of travel (5/8" more than a standard three-piece shaft), and at static ours has 2-3/4" of spline engagement. The two-piece construction eliminates chatter on deceleration as experienced with a three-piece shaft, and integrated venting allows for unrestricted compression and extention. Maintenance is a snap—a pair of grease fittings make it easy to lubricate without dropping the shaft, and the rubber boot keeps dirt out of the splines. And when it is time for regular maintenance, bolt-on trunnion caps make removal and reinstallation simple. They're available in 1310 and 1350-series, all Cerakoted to prevent rust and decrease friction.
