CNC Set-Up Professional

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate and maintain CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
- Set up and load materials onto machines for processing
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
Qualifications/Skills required
- Proficient in set-up and operating CNC machines and understanding their functions
- Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools used in the manufacturing process
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
